Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. almond flour
- 2 SkinnyMe Chocolate squares, tempered
- ¼ Tsp. baking powder
- 1 Medium egg
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tsp. stevia
- 1/8 Tsp. salt
Directions
In a medium bowl mix together almond flour, baking powder, stevia and salt.
With a whisk add the melted butter and 1 egg. Blend well.
Slowly pour in the tempered chocolate. Make sure it's not hot.
Lightly grease a microwave safe coffee cup and pour the batter in. (There should be an inch of space from the top so the cake can rise.)
Microwave on high for 1 minute. It should be cooked but not runny in the middle.
