Hikers Trail Mix
Ingredients
- 1 Cup dried bananas
- 1 Cup dried mangos
- 1 Cup cashews
- 1 Cup almonds
- 2 Tsp. Sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsp. Shredded dried coconut
- 1 ½ Tbsp. salt
- 4 SkinnyMe chocolate squares
Directions
Toast almonds and cashews in the sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes. Make sure to keep moving so they do not burn. You will smell a heavy nut smell when they are done.
In a small bowl place nuts, fruit, coconut, salt and chocolate. Mix and place in airtight bag or jar.
